How should Naropa staff departments make orders?
- All Employees of Naropa University will need to register an account
- Benefits of having an account include:
- Create a free profile for an easier checkout next time!
- Creating a profile will allow you to save and review your order history, store your payment methods, and receive updates when we have new items available. Creating a profile is required for Naropa staff department orders, and we will never share your information with third parties.
How do I apply a voucher?
- If you were given a voucher, copy the code from the letter or email it was sent to you in and insert the code in the Voucher/Coupon field in your order form.
- Redeeming a voucher depends on using the same email address that was used to notify the recipient of their eligibility. Please be sure to set up your account using the same email address that Naropa used in reaching out to you.
How can I return a product?
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for decorated products.
